Pre-zested lemon zest

Can you buy packaged lemon zest? If not, why not? Do restaurants really spend all that time zesting lemons?

Actually, despite not owning a proper zester (yet) I've gotten pretty good at zesting them, and it's not torture to do it. But I have predone lemon juice for those moments when we're out of lemons, and it would be nice to have lemon zest as well. But I don't recall ever seeing it (and I can imagine the technical problems in making it).

I've seen it dried, but haven't tried it. You could probably use lemon essential oil, for the flavor without the yellow bits.
