anyone got some good fish recipes, like sort of fish with a veg on the side or fish with a sauce and some veg. I really want to eat more fish but I am always sort of at a loss for tasty (and not too expensive) recipes.

Simple grilled rainbow trout is delicious but too simple for the site I fear. Step one grill trout step 2 add veg as desired er that's it.

Ah what the hell I'll add it anyway (when I get a chance). Can always fill space with detailing the correct effective method for dealing with the fish once it's on yer plate.
