Turkey Dilemma

In my freezer I have a Butterball turkey I've been avoiding for more than a year and a half, mainly because nobody in the family particularly enjoys turkey. (It was free, through my wife's former workplace.) I'd kinda like to roast it if only for making stock, but do you all think it's too old and freezer burned by now?

It depends on your freezer, I'd guess, but I think it's worth the trouble of defrosting it and seeing how it looks then -- worst case scenario, even if it's badly freezer burned I don't think that would affect the stock.

Jesus William, isn't there someone you can throw it at? Or some corridor you could skid it along, with hilarious results? Come on, people, let's get creative here! Presentation's just as important as taste, after all!

I was thinking of throwing if off the overpass at the president of the chamber of commerce, but we don't have no overpasses down here, hyuk hyuk hyuk!

Too old to cook, but just right for frozen turkey bowling! All you need is 10 2-liter bottles of pop, your turkey, and a long smooth hallway. Fun and excitement, guaranteed.
