Green peas? Steam them for 90 seconds, chuck in some butter and a little salt, cover, eat when butter is melted.

Chop some bacon, pancetta, or guanciale and fry it til just crisp. Steam or nuke the peas until just warm. Combine with some sour cream, mayo, or plain greek yoghurt. Season with black pepper and either some dill or some mint. Eat warm or cold.
