Easiest Dinner You Love

(butternut squash soup for me)

heat in a big saucepan:

frozen butternut squash
frozen chicken stock
grated ginger
green curry paste

when all gooshy add
1 can coconut milk

and puree

garnish with scallipons.

Pasketty with olive oil, garlic, a little onion, parmesan, fresh thyme.

Yeah, it's a similar pasghetti variation for me. Although I think I ate trail mix for dinner today.

Mexican Night -

Ground Beef or Chicken
cooked in a pan with taco seasoning, salsa, jalapeno, cholula hot sauce, and onion

Prep some avocado, cilantro, tomato, lettuce, pickled jalapeno, and grated cheese

Heat some black beans in a sauce pan and get out the burrito sized tortillas, salsa, and sour cream

Melt a little butter in a large skillet, drop in a tortilla and then flip it to lightly butter each side. Toss some cheese on top and then add your fixings down the center of the tortilla and wait for cheese to melt and underside of tortilla to turn golden brown. Then fold in half and serve
