What's your favorite non-pizza pizza?

I was on a pizza kick for a while. I think my favorite was:

Crust
Pesto
Shredded chicken thighs (mmm, dark meat)
Scallions (or, green onions for you Brits)
Sliced mozzarella

So good and so easy. This pizza kick coincided with my chicken thigh kick. I also made a Buffalo chicken pizza, where you use ranch or blue cheese dressing as sauce, add Buffalo chicken, etc. Might sound gross, I know, but it's really good.

The best pizza I ever had was in a Pizza Hut in Hong Kong. Seafood pizza, but with Thousand Island on the base instead of passata. I have never tried making one myself for fear I never eat anything else ever again.

I used to go to this place in Richmond near my work at least once a week for two slices of:
Crust
Sun-dried tomato pesto
Spinach
Mozzarella
Artichoke hearts

Aaaarrghghrghgh...mmmm.

I wish I could invite you all over for a round of pizza, there's a place near where I work that has all types, plus the guy who runs it has won I don't know how many worldwide pizza competition (!)
no wonder one tends to get on the fatty side...
