Me, I've got a life long love affair with Kraft Deluxe Mac & Cheese (the one w the foil pouch of goop) and Velveeta Shells & Cheese, which makes me feel guiltier by the year. To combat this as of late, I've taken to adding half a bag of cooked Trader Joe's shelled edamame. It tastes even better and I can pretend its sort of healthy!

We always had peas in macaroni and cheese as kids, it still feels wrong without them.

Lately I've been using Greek yogurt in place of cream in place of cream in recipes that call for it. Works out pretty well usually.

Corn is disgusting. My mother would deliberately give me a double helping when I was little, I still feel traumatized.

I love using Greek yogurt as a substitute for sour cream on tacos, chili, and baked potatoes. To me, the difference in taste is negligible. Unfortunately, knowing that it's not as bad for me as sour cream, I inevitably wind up using way more!
