let's see, an indie developer has her personal life blown up on the internet, a feminist youtuber releases her work to a chorus of threats, niche websites run a few articles about how gaming culture has problems (the same problems as larger tech culture or just culture in general) and the way to end this mess is... a new editorial regime at gawker? somehow i doubt it.

idk i was just scrolling through his recent slate articles and that jumped out as something a silly person might write
