I was killing time when traveling on vacation and prob first played this in Montreal, then last week I overheard some ppl at the bar talking about playing it! Apparently still going and catching on.

A friend of mine loves this. He tried to get me to join but it looked like a boring souped-up gimmick. I told him that no one team will ever win ingress. He told me that I'll never win Candy Crush and that I just don't want to go drive anywhere.

The social / real life aspect doesn't elevate this gimmick for me. I rather be playing that google pac-man on google maps because pac-man is a fun game.
I'm anti-social but that surely can't be why I don't want to play it ?

FWIW I totally would of hung out with you Stevie when you came driving around USA if I hadn't been occupied and living with my parents
