The original Oddworld games still look pretty good.
The Jumping Flash games, too, in an 'embracing the limitations' kinda way.

there was a 2D megaman game that looked great. basically all 2D games or games like FF9 with extensive 2D backdrops etc., still looks lovely, it's just an extension of SNES-era pixel art. everything polygonal looks godawful.

I still desperately want to play LSD: Dream Simulator (even though it's probably just the Goat Simulator of its time)
