I'm curious to see what somebody like Christopher Nolan or Sam Raimi could do with one of the Half Life titles.

or Arcanum, where victorian steampunk heroes battle fantasy monsters.

Also, make a flick using the design & writing from VTM: Bloodlines...

I'm trying to think of another situation like in Alien: Resurrection, which seemed like part of the art design(that brown rusty-tech mid-90's NIN video look) from the film was straight out of Quake, which is fun since Quake/Doom owed so much to Aliens...

i'll take the irony bait and say tetris, although i do legitimately believe that it would necessarily end up as an interesting film.

in general, movies about playing videogames are more exciting than movies based on videogame content.
