I figured that we need a thread about this kind of shit to discuss HD standards, RF modulators etc.

Ok, So I have a coaxial video signal (on channel 3 d00dz!!) and I need to convert it into S-Video or component video so I can match it up with an audio signal. What products exist for doing this?

my friend got a converter that went the other way from radio shack, i believe... i'm not sure if you could reverse it (he needed to convert a video signal INTO coaxial).

Isn't the signal modulated already if it is on Channel 3? Remmeber the NES RF modulator took some weird thin cable and you chained your cable/ant line through it and it would switch onto channel 3? errr or not?
