worth it?

I'm a married man with a full-time job and my wife gets amd when I play too much PS2. So would I get the full benefit of say one game at a time for $15?

Or should I just buy a game and play it for an hour once a week (if I'm lucky)?

Gamerang has worked well for me, $20 a month and I go through about four or five games a month. NEW new games are generally untouchable and their shipping is slow (I live in the same city as their shipping center and it takes about a week after I mail for me to get a new game) but it's been worthwhile for me. Also, no bummer purchases and I can game dilletante and go cross platform easier. Negatives: No resale, no lending, no manuals (internet makes this hardly a problem tho') and if you live outside of Jersey, who knows what the shipping issues will be.

I live outside of Jersery, which aside from being just generally unfortunate for me shouldn't prove a problem - they have distribution centers here in California.

She played Katamari for a bit but the multiplayer level (in the frist game) gets old.

She watches me when I play Winning Eleven and talks about gossip. It's easier for me to concentrate on what she's saying that way.

Also, please note: Gamerang does NOT deliver at the same speed Netflix does. Figure four days to recieve and four to ship a new game to you, on average.

one month passes...

Hmm I'm a little disappointed with Gamerang at the moment. After reading all the rave reviews about them I decided to try it out. Ordered Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter from them on 3/13, today is 3/17 and they said it'll be here on 3/16. I just checked the mail and its not in. I signed up for the service PRIMARILY for Xbox 360 games and nothing else and if it's gonna take them 5 days to ship it even though they posted a tracking number on 3/14 and it says that it's available, I think shipping times like this are unacceptable if you take into account that they ship from Englewood, NJ and I'm in Fort Lee,NJ which is about 10 min away.

Btw when i had Gamefly, my xbox cames were in the mailbox the next day or 2nd day in the worst case. Well i'll see when it arrives and then try to return it and get another game. If it takes a week to arrive, i'm canceling my account and going with gamelender.com

Anyone else rented games from Gamerang for x360?

It is going to take them about a week per game. And you'll very often have to write in to inform them that the game has ALREADY BEEN SENT ASSHOLES. And I, too, am about twenty minutes away.
I dunno, I'm willing to put up with that level of idiocy. Let me know if gamelender works better.
