Because a particular nimrod (howdy!) bought Prey for the 360 USED for about $40ish 2 weeks before the price for a NEW copy dropped to $30. What's the standard time-lapse for a price drop - 6 months? 1 year?

It really depends. If the thing's a massive bestseller, it can be a year or two.

If not, maybe 6 monthes or less.

I just want to brag about buying Spiderman for GC at Gamestop for $5.99 this past Saturday.

EAT IT HIPPIE

I'm halfway tempted to trade in the XBox games I barely played (Warriors / Prince of Persia: The Two Warriors / Chronicles of Riddick) to maximize my trade-in buxx, unless SOMEONE at Microsoft HQ finally gets around to making emulators for these things on the 360. Like anyone's playing the FIRST (second) Prince of Persia game - come on!

three years pass...

has anyone ever bought a used game off of GameFly? They're charging like $10 less for Assassin's Creed 2 than GameStop/EB Games

Have you tried Amazon or Ebay? Gamestop is usually not competitive with those sites in my experience, and the stuff I've purchased on Amazon on the cheap has been in great condition (or still wrapped).

I buy my games from Gamefly; it's a great system they have going on there. 15 dollar current gen recent releases!

not getting much from looking through the site, what exactly is this onlive thing? does it work as well as playing a game on a ps3? do they have a big catalogue of games?
