Gamefaqs lists it as hitting american in the first week of February, and here's IGN's page for it. Supposedly, it's a new translation and a few more bits are being added, so we'll see.

No UK/EU release listed yet.

Boxart will feature the usual Amano bishounen art.

How many platforms must a game walk down before you can call him a game?

bit of a difference here, between just porting and reporting for different consoles, and making versions that are portable, as it were

Good stuff this was the last great FF game before they turned into fanwank.

Darramouss otm. I've been playing the SNES version for the past week. Still as amazing as ever.

There was a lot of good things about this game but the last third or so of it was garbage.

GBA games? Seriously? They're still supporting that console? Huh.

That said, every day on my commute to work I've been doing nothing but making the PERFECT ARMY in Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis (on my pre-SP GBA... man I need to get rid of one of my apartments so I cna afford a DS)

remember, there are still a few dozen million GBAs out there.

here's the upcoming release sched from Gamefaqs.

I'm really into the GBA at the moment, though the only games I've had are Advance Wars, Sonic Advance 3, Minish Cap and Mario Power Tennis.

I take it to work as with my DS as it's tiny and always saves me when I run out of battery on the train. Usually end up playing Power Tennis more than the DS games! Is there anything really really good on it I should pick up while they're cheap and still easily available?

chaki (chaki), Monday, 22 January 2007 05:03 (eighteen years ago)

and the Zelda games. Great stuff.

kingfish prætor (kingfish 2.0), Monday, 22 January 2007 06:39 (eighteen years ago)

Oh, I've also played Warioware, but not the twisty one, which I don't think ever game out properly over here. Mario vs Donkeykong - is that the lemmings sort of thing? I like the look of that!

Not yet. I'm playing it at the moment though, and loving it a lot more than I expected to.

five years pass...

when Imperial Troopers burn Figaro Castle, and Edgar claims Terra is not hidden inside the castle, Kefka replies "then you can burn to death" in the Japanese version, which was replaced in the English version by "Then welcome to my barbecue!".
