Absolutely! I played with the 12 year old kid of a customer from work, and all his mates, and was mocked like you wouldn't believe. They were calling me all sorts of slang I didn't understand, too :(

I'll probably be around. I've only tried Gears online a few times, but yeah, the experience was pretty much the opposite of being fun. It does seem a bit limited too - just run towards a weapon (if you know where they are & I don't), maybe shoot one guy / more likely get shot / die / repeat. Nonetheless, perhaps it would be more fun in a casual room.

I wish I could figure out why I suck so bad at this games multiplayer. Perhaps because I've only played maybe three games? I think I've only managed one kill! It's embarrassing.
