RFI - Shooting games that focus on sniper-style action

I have a few that I can play, but what I REALLY want is a shooter that is focused on long-range kills. Like taking the sneaking and hiding aspect of sniping and making it the primary focus of the game.

I am Playstation and PC compatible.

Any ideas?
