I see that game used all the time, and I have a PS2. I can help you live your dreams vicariously.

I would import a J-PS2 solely for this game, though it may come out here eventually:
http://www.seaman.tv/seaman2/
Seaman 2 focuses on a stage of evolution beyond [the first game] - a race of tiny prehistoric humans no taller than 20 centimetres. The sequel moves the setting from a tank to an artificial island created to the scale of its occupants. As before, you can instruct and comfort your Seaman using voice communication, although it is far less the focus of the game this time around, also introducing direct contact with the environment via a giant hand. Whereas the previous game had you acting as the Seamen's keeper, maintaining your charges' food supply and temperature, with Seaman 2 your role is more like that of a god, illustrating your deific abilities with thunder and earthquakes. But, as before, you can educate your Seamen verbally; he will ask you about his environment, and you can introduce him to the modern world.
Initially, your Seaman is unable to communicate in language, instead talking in and responding to animalistic grunts and squeals which you will have to learn to replicate if you wish to tame the creature.
