i think i'll buy a 360 when they put out a version which is £200, has a hard drive, wifi, and a falcon chipset. probably autumn next year? by then there will be tons of great games in the bargain bins as well.

seriously, after Brawl this may be the thing I want the most

also yes, I forgot about SF2 HD and Rez HD and Fallout 3 (I had no idea it was getting a 360 release!). Brutal Legend is intriguing since I was in middle school, but I'm playing Psychonauts now and I'm seriously not loving how it controls. Maybe last-gen 3d platformers are just too clunky for me post-Galaxy/Assassin's Creed?

also I hope to god that I'm man enough to avoid the temptation to buy a PS3 pretty much just for LittleBigPlanet.

Oh yeah - I'm definitely interested in the new Fallout game - it sounds really interesting (and hopefully a little more focused than Oblivion - which I still haven't come close to "finishing").

Maybe the new Splinter Cell too - it looks to be using the crowd thing from Assassin's Creed?

I don't think Nobi Nobi Boy is going to make it out in 2008, but I hope I'm wrong. It didn't look to be very far along in that demo a month or two ago...

Nobody else is looking forward to Left 4 Dead? The 28 days later style (fast) zombie multiplayer game being published by Valve? Where you can play as survivor or zombie??? This may be the game I'm looking forward to the most next year...
