let us have a thread about the greatest development studio working today (at least working on consoles).
my rankings from best to worst (including Clover stuff too): - GOD HAND: almost certainly a top-5 game ever for me- Bayonetta: owns immensely, of course- Viewtiful Joe: never finished it since it's hard as balls but what I played owned like crazy- Vanquish: really good but suffered from coming out during the same year as the vastly superior Bayonetta- Okami: I'm less balls-out for this game than most folks but it sure is pretty- MadWorld: totally loved it at first but its charms wore off. still better than an awful lot of Wii games ever
haven't played Infinite Space or any of the VJ sequels/portable iterations
also it sounds like their new game could be cortex-meltingly amazing:

Inaba feels the game's genre is something that doesn't actually exist yet: "Massively Multiplayer Melee Fighting Action."
The game will have at its base an offline story mode with a solid story. On top of this will be a variety of options that allow players to enjoy themselves online. These will include cooperative elements in addition to free-for-all combat.
it may look like Sega's long lost arcade multiplayer fighting series Spikeout
if they can pull this off there's every reason to believe it'll be a VERY strong GOTY 2011 contender.

I didn't realize Vanquish was one of their titles. That explains a lot, actually.
Okami is one of the most disappointing games I've played, but it would be perfect for the iPad imo.
