all those morons who bought wiis to sell on ebay have driven the price right down

I would guess that your best bet would be to sell your system separately from the games and the accessories.

The reasoning behind that is that the number of people who are STILL looking for just the Wii by itself, and who would prefer to pick out their games and accessories (which are a hell of a lot easier to find), is much larger than the number of people in the market for a system+games+accessories. According to Intro. to Microeconomics-informed logic, that means you would get a better price.

As far as where to sell them and the rest of the whole selling process, I have no idea. :)

Anyhow - I don't imagine you'll have a hard time getting at least cost for your wii - you could try ebay / amazon / craigslist or equivalent - but what I'd do is just ask around - everybody wants one of these things, so I'm sure somebody you know or somebody at your job or wherever would take it off your hands easy. If you're extremely lazy and don't mind selling at a loss, I'm sure any used game store would be happy to pick up an extra wii to sell.

But I'd keep it - the money isn't a lot (unless you really need it) and maybe somewhere down the road you'll find you have more time or interest in the thing - or some game will come out that you really want to play. I know I wish I sure had more of the old consoles and computers that passed out of my life

I bought fire emblem finally and haven't taken the time to pick up and play it. for some reason I am afraid if I fire up a new RPG or whatever I'll stay up playing until 5:30 am despite the fact that half the time I stay up until 4 or 5 am regardless.

I stopped playing Twilight Princess right when I got to the part where I have to shoot flying things out of the sky before they set a covered wagon on fire. that shit was just controller-hurlingly frustrating. gimme Phantom Hourglass over it any day of the week.

I loved that part! the only parts I didn't enjoy were the first three fights with that troll. that son of a bitch.

gawd, i need to finish fire emblem. Distracted by new job... must focus on WHAT IS IMPORTANT and get back to the game.

i hardly have to tell you, but be a bulldog and don't let any of your characters die. It pays off later in the game and you'll feel better about yourself as a person. Whole lotta restarting though...

there are some very good emulators for wii if you want to keep it around for NES/genesis action...

the good thing is it takes up SO MUCH LESS SPACE than it could've
