I played the shit out of this on various machines.

I played a moderate amount on teh amiga. Nice tactics, what with the catching and the tossing.

'The Game Boy Color version of the game, released in 1999, changed "nineties" to "millennium." Later versions, such as the 2005 Game Boy Advance version, still use "nineties."'

I think I played mostly on the Spectrum 128 but I'm hedging my bets. Getting a big X was dead satisfying, and I liked that you had different goals on different levels.

i woke up at a friend's house on saturday and started playing this on one of those midway arcade treasures collections. i love that they kept the title screen that lets you know where to send money for a KLAX t-shirt.

btw this game is very hard if you are slightly color-blind

Jordan, Monday, 9 June 2008 17:56 (seventeen years ago)

I can imagine, also there's two kinds of brick later on that are almost identical colours, right?

If anyone important is reading this I demand a KLAX/Guitar Hero crossover, please.

Of all the post-Tetris puzzle knock-offs, Klax is far and away the most aesthetically satisfying and fun.

Klax is brilliant. Love the SFX. SFX without consent is rape.
