plumlee was so fun on the suns just a couple years ago for about two months. then lost all his confidence for whatever reason

that hawks lineup isn't any better than what they've had for the past couple years. less shooting too.

thought i heard somewhere that the clips would have to get rid of redick for KD to work

makes sense

even if the clips fill out the roster with a bunch of scrubs, cp3 and kd and daj and griffin is a scary ass team and theres a real role as a dynamic scoring threat from the wing for KD there. i'd still rather him go to LAC than GS.

they would have 4 players making over 20 mill

a whole team of evan turners crazy to think about

the hawk's offense def got worse but if dwight can defend and most importantly rebound half of what he used to the team won't be any worse. the hawk's have been so bad at giving teams extra possessions bc they can't get a board. they were a good defense last year but this line up could potentially be a lot better. and plus we're only paying a 3 yr max instead of 5 for our big man so i'm not too mad

but damn i'm gonna miss horford. i can still remember exactly what i was doing when the hawks got the third pick in lotto (would've lost it if it was 4 or higher) and i knew we were getting him. he always brought it, even when playing under some of the shittiest coaches and for some really unlikeable teams. one of the most consistent players i've ever seen. it was a pleasure watching him go at it all the time. kinda hope he goes to the Cs even though i generally hate the Cs. that'll be a seriously tough defense with him out there.

im still agog at this solomon hill deal. like...he averaged 4 and 3 last year. played <15 mpg. career 33% from 3. 4 year/50 mil.

yeah thats what i heard on the radio today

it looks legit. if cap is ~$94 million, clips have $64 mil next year set aside for CP3, griff, and DAJ. and there are cap holds on roster sports as well. so theyd have a good 10 spots each commanding a cap hit of like lets say $500k. so ball park, 70 mil used up.
