i dont think the bucks are gonna do jack shit, that roster is still a mess despite the talent on it
― 6 god none the richer (m bison)
imo giannis/delly/middleton/parker/henson is pretty sound
― micah, Wednesday, July 6, 2016 10:31 PM (29 minutes ago) Bookmark Flag Post Permalink
u r high af, delly is garbage, middleton is a good stats on a shitty team HOFer, all these guys are completely untested and won 33 games last year. lots and lots and lots of teams are bad for years and draft lots of young talent and dont go anywhere with it and bucks are that team.

i think bosh is done, thats why i think miami falls. if he's healthy enough thatll cushion their fall.
― 6 god none the richer (m bison), Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:03 (nine years ago)
i would have paid wade but i can't fault riley for wanting to be a year early on getting off of wade's contract than two years too late
― J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:03 (nine years ago)
theres no way the bulls make the playoffs
― ciderpress, Wednesday, July 6, 2016 11:39 PM (19 minutes ago)
they play in the east and their lineup is rondo/wade/butler/mirotic/rolo, they'll be a playoff team
― k3vin k., Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:03 (nine years ago)
don't know why everyone thinks the pacers are good now ive been seeing that everywhere
bucks are on upward trajectory but prob still like 10-12th
― ciderpress, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:03 (nine years ago)
sounds reasonable tho i dont even know who starts at 2 for them then whos the backup and then winslow at the 3 their wing production cld be real bad, losing wade and deng is a lot
xp jord
― lag∞n, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:05 (nine years ago)
u knows whos weird that everyone thinks will be good is the jazz
― lag∞n, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:06 (nine years ago)
the final 3-4 playoff spots will prob be determined by a few games difference in record and there's a lot of downside w/ the bulls if wade's body breaks down like it did in the few seasons before this one. if he gives them the season he just gave the heat this year then i'd agree they're likely in the playoffs.
also they had tons of bad vibes there last year. hoiberg seemed in over his head & jimmy does not seem to have been a positive presence behind the scenes. throw in rondo & desperate wade.... i could see them having another disaster year.
― J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:08 (nine years ago)
jazz are definitely good
― ciderpress, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:08 (nine years ago)
they still have so little playmaking just like last year and r insanely slow great defensive team prob but theure not gonna be able to score their big addition is the famously non penetrating george hill
re jazz

yeah i dunno they'll have to get creative. richardson prob plays the 2 for them and they'll need him to shoot really well again. a starting 5 of dragic-richardson-winslow-bosh-whiteside could be something i think but they have no bench. it will all be hanging by a thread for them and like the bulls the downside is pretty big. but there were a lot of bad parts to wade's game that i think the heat will benefit from flushing out.
― J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:10 (nine years ago)
on the new zach lowe pod him & arnovitz agree that the jazz are the 4th best team in the west
this seems crazy to me
― lag∞n, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:11 (nine years ago)
they barely made the offs last year and didnt add anyone that good
― lag∞n, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:12 (nine years ago)
like what % of jazz possessions ended w an off balance hayward 20 footer as the shit clock expired
― lag∞n, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:14 (nine years ago)
lol shit clock
jazz missed the playoffs by 1 game without starting an nba quality point guard all season
― ciderpress, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:15 (nine years ago)
also they had a bunch of injuries apparently
― J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:15 (nine years ago)
yeah wow the west is kind of top-heavy now. top 3 are obviously warriors-spurs-clippers, but after that there's not clear 4th. hard to tell who the best of the mavs/thunder/rockets/jazz bunch is. what did the blazers do this offseason?
― k3vin k., Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:16 (nine years ago)
paid evan turner a lot of money
― ciderpress, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:16 (nine years ago)
they gave evan turner $75 million
― J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:17 (nine years ago)
oh shit right
― k3vin k., Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:17 (nine years ago)
yikes
i think the jazz will be better than dallas. prob memphis too.
yeah there are like 5 teams overall you can pencil in for at least 50 wins next year and after that who knows
― k3vin k., Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:18 (nine years ago)
blazers bout to get ezili too
― moistest hoist (Spottie), Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:18 (nine years ago)
ciderpressPosted: July 6, 2016 at 10:15:12 PMjazz missed the playoffs by 1 game without starting an nba quality point guard all season
george hill is no ones savior, especially that team who desperately needs someone that can break down the D
― lag∞n, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:18 (nine years ago)
+ u just cant win the the nba walking the ball up
― lag∞n, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:19 (nine years ago)
if M Gasol stays healthy they are arguably better with the addition of parsons, could see them hanging around the 4 seed
― moistest hoist (Spottie), Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:19 (nine years ago)
yeah i think so too
― J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:20 (nine years ago)
line between 4 and 6 or 7 is pretty thin tho
jazz shdve tried to get teague
― lag∞n, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:21 (nine years ago)
i have no idea what to make of the rockets. i hated their offseason but you still have to imagine they won't be as bad as last season.
― J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:21 (nine years ago)
ppl seem to think hill is a really good fit w/ their roster
xp yes these are all good reasons why they're not one of the top teams but they still easily project to make the offs
― ciderpress, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:22 (nine years ago)
dantoni with ryan anderson and harden could be kinda fun? idk
― moistest hoist (Spottie), Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:23 (nine years ago)
probably at the expense of the mavs or blazers, i dont think the rockets are better
― ciderpress, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:24 (nine years ago)
wonder if the wolves are ready to make the jump to the next level
― moistest hoist (Spottie), Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:24 (nine years ago)
Barbosa back to suns for the THIRD time 2/8
― moistest hoist (Spottie), Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:25 (nine years ago)
the rockets will def score 50 million points but i dunno if that fixes any of their problems
― J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:25 (nine years ago)
if i had to predict the west today its like GSW SAS LAC MEM UTA OKC POR NOP those last 2 slots could just as easily be the rockets or mavs tho idk
― ciderpress, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:26 (nine years ago)
rockets a huge wild card they def seem like they shd implode but who knows
― lag∞n, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:27 (nine years ago)
i'm very scared for the pelicans
― J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:28 (nine years ago)
grizz and pels could both just have everyone die again its hard to project them

well it might keep james happy and engaged just enough
― moistest hoist (Spottie), Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:31 (nine years ago)
i think the pels are just bad. they've got jrue-etwuan moore-tyreke-brow-asik with solomon hill & langston galloway off the bech. i hate that roster lol
― J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:31 (nine years ago)
i saw a pelican the other day
― lag∞n, Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:31 (nine years ago)
Pels def dead.
Grizz will only die due to injuries.
i could see the pels trading Jrue and Tyreke by the deadline
― moistest hoist (Spottie), Thursday, 7 July 2016 04:32 (nine years ago)
brow might be the first all-NBAer in the new era to not extend with the team that drafted him
