they upgraded some spots and cleared more playing time for Turner. PG another year healthier and he's only 26

ya feel like teague is exactly the type of player theyve needed forever particularly

the also really need a #1 scorer but maybe turner can be that, prob still too young tho

yeah but he'll help and teague is a better scorer than hill was.

forgot parsons is now on the grizz. i keep waiting for them to blow it up. i guess they did fight really hard in the first round last year while missing a bunch of dudes.

grizz def should have blown it up after last year. they can still be like the 5 seed but what does it even matter

hard to blow it up when u have an injured player on the first year of a max deal

i don't think they should have blown it up but giving chandler parson's knees a max deal could end up being very bad

aldo giving conley the biggest contract in nba history

some dubious contract on that team for sure

I can't wait for the first Hawks/Celtics game. The over/under should be like 125. Both teams should be ridic on D

agree w/ most of the teams in that list altho in slightly diff order: CLE/BOS/TOR/IND/ATL/DET/CHA/CHI

i think clifford's coaching intellect will make enough lemonade out of certain lemons (like hibbert) to keep them right at the threshold

NYK would make the offs, all things being equal, over chicago - but i'd bet on butler/rondo/wade staying healthier than rose/noah

disappointed in all these non-believers of the orlando magic theory

think they'll be more competitive but they have some major issues w that roster. really deep at the 4/5 with four guys that could start. they are talking about moving gordon to the 3 but that's not ideal.

elfrid, fournier, gordon, ibaka, vooch is an interesting starting 5 but that bench looks thin on paper

the bledsoe/knight/booker/warren/len lineup has been fun to watch

I bought a ticket to the one game the Bulls come to Phoenix this season and I'm more excited to see Suns than my Bulls. Trying to decide if I want to buy Knicks/Suns tix too. They're cheap!

nice, i want to buy tix to the knix game too. i went in on some season tix with some friends and got 8 games. i won the first pick (warriors obv), some other highlights include both yungwolves games, okc and the pacers. missed out on cavs and knicks. kinda pumped for 2016-17 suns for sure, should be a fun team.

hopefully PHX crowd will improve too. kinda cool to be able to take over their arena w/fellow Bulls fans but depressing in the long run.

yeah i think the booker hype train is gaining some steam. i am p embarrassed as a warriors fan at the suns/dubs games here now. used to just be like 40 of us spread out giving polite nods of respect to each-other, now its a home game. xp

i've seen all the active Great Players live except the ones on the dubs but the dubs-celtics home game is really soon and i suspect tix will be not worth the pain to get

we should do an official predictions thread but i think the bulls will be a borderline disaster

i'm not sure the bulls have much to look forward to on either end of the ball. notable offensive issues aside, their defense will depend a lot on how engaged wade/butler are (because rondo has proven that his solid defense days are behind him). it is hard to conceive of an outcome for the bulls that isn't a total shitshow

i mean they have a lot of like solid vets or w/e but I'm just not seeing how the pieces will fit together?

mcbuckets may have to play 40 minutes a game to help warp the defense a bit

they will be in bottom 5 for 3pters and you just won't win many games in today's nba if that happens. not unless you are utterly dominant in at least a couple other areas and they aren't even close to that.

bulls will the the rockets of the East imo, maybe the 8th seed. maybe.

rockets will be quite a bit better than the bulls

on offense, certainly, but on the defensive end it's going to be bad for houston

i'm actually kind of excited to see houston's offense this yr, if harden gets dialed in this could be a fun team to watch

bulls will be boring as usual but probably less so with wade. nowhere near as fun in a shitshow way as the '15-'16 rockets.

yeah obvs feel like houston has a lot of variance with a new coach/new players/injury history but i think their ceilings pretty high particularly if they can get harden playing unselfish basketball they cld ba an absolute juggernaut on offense

agree w everyone that the bulls will be dire, bunch of grumpy guys who like having the ball and cant shoot

wade's transition to old man career has been better than expected but i just don't see him/it holding up this year

rondo is awful and is going to make everyone miserable, jimmy butler was already miserable last year... it all seems very bad to me

maybe they cn assemble the banana boat next year
