He doesn’t like basketball or take it seriously

I can see how this would effectively prevent him from becoming a star player, but lots of people are lukewarm about their jobs, yet deliver adequate results to justify their employment and their earnings. If Tacko were to accept a contract, are you suggesting he would be happy to take the money, play like ass, and wash out of the league?

He spent his college career goofing around and ended up undrafted and on an exhibit 10 contract. That’s who he is, so far.

al horford flew the coop! and their best player is very short now

horford was so central to their playmaking gotta think their offense is gonna look pretty different this year, assuming smart and hayward will take up a lot of that slack

The 6' 8" experiment must happen! If that means benching their best player and losing some games, so be it. The future of hoops is at stake here and such small considerations must be swept aside for the greater good.
