semi seems like an alright role player its just rough to see him attempt anything on offense besides a catch and shoot

yeah when he dribbles its no bueno, i guess his role is defensive stopper like when u really need another body to throw at giannis or whatever, and the fact that hes hitting 3s makes it more tenable, at the beginning of this year he still looked super tentative shooting then one game he just started letting it fly and looked so much better, someone got to him

mb put him in the mix and staggered jaylen/jayson/gordon minutes since especially w kemba its prob better to spread out that offensive ability

it has to be tough b/c he's behind so many other wings and his defense is a lot more useful for some matchups than others so there aren't always going to be consistent minutes to help him find his footing.

read two articles this morning that were totally on jayson tatums nuts which failed to mention that hes shooting 41% this year??

in a season where brown and hayward are consistently generating and converting easy looks and kemba is breaking down the D this is your guy

He does these beautiful euro steps and be right there but just can’t scoop it in

tbf he has been better at it previously mb he has the yips

he tries too hard to avoid contact. i don't know whether it's because he doesn't like contact or isn't strong enough to get through it (i think it's more that) but he entire finishing game is about finessing around contact.

he shd ask jaylen how to get strong

btw jaylen adding strength to his leet athleticism has turned him into a real beast

everyone is focusing on his improved handle which is great def but hes just been bullying ppl w the physicality this year

it’s a great combo. the handle is getting him to better spots on the floor where he can use his strength.
