extremely satisfying win for the white guys last night. kornet reverse alley oop, pritchard being a pest.. he was guarding embiid a couple of times and didn’t embarrass himself!

extremely reliant on the three ball but w TL and horf out i guess you kind of have to be

they did shoot over their heads on 3s but the sixers did an awful job defending the line, like all of griffin’s makes were pretty much practice shots.

doesn't bode well for the sixers that embiid couldn't eviscerate us with the bigs out

we were pretty close to the court and you could see that embiid was in one of his moods by the second half. just hanging out at the elbow shooting jumpers, not trying to beast guys. the celtics sent some really well-timed double teams that seemed to annoy him.

we swapped out vonleh (duplicates kornet) for muscala (can shoot), so seems good, if at the extreme margins of the roster. wouldve liked to see them get someone who can be more of a piece but i respect not wanting to mess with the rotation. last night's win was a good reminder that we already have great depth (at least when blake is hitting 5 3s, lol)

yeah theyve got a crazy amount of depth for sure and id imagine theyll try to add a wing in the buyout market

its crazy how good he is at blocking fast break shots

one of the celtics guys at the athletic did a deep dive into his blocks sometime recently with tons of clips that show how he's a natural at timing and angles

he has such an alert game altogether always makes quick decisions

Derrick White has started the last 10 games in place of Marcus Smart, while the starting point guard recovers from a badly sprained ankle. In that stretch White has played his best basketball since joining the Celtics roughly a year ago.

White has averaged 19.4 points, 4.9 rebounds, 5.4 assists and 1.1 blocks. He’s also shooting 50.4% from the field over that stretch, including 47% on three pointers.
