kinda funny thinking about it i grew up in newton where boston college is and theres just no relationship between the town and the school i had one friend whos family went to the football games but you never hear anyone talking about bc sports or anything, maybe its cause they insist on being from "chestnut hill" the fanciest part of newton or cause its named boston college idk, college sports are kinda just not a thing in boston altogether which is ironic considering it has the most colleges of anywhere in the world
