Good idea. The barriers to entry are very low in that field.

Displaying a real inside knowledge of sports just confuses a lot of sports fans, so you're better off not going down that road. The key seems to be a willingness to make bold pronouncements with an excess of certainty, bolstered by some sort of argument. The argument in favor of your bold position need not be based on much; your excess of certainty supplies most of the juice.

You'll know you are succeeding when you get at least 100 idiots who want to argue with your articles. Name-calling and contempt are just measures of success.

c+ at best! obv l.a. has been the perfect place for him as their offense doesnt really require dynamism from its point guard - and he was a v good defender in his younger days

I don't like PER, but the following PGs have lower PER than Fisher this year (who is #59 among PGs): Steve Blake, Ish Smith, Acie Law, Ronnie Price, Chris Duhon, and Johnny Flynn. That's it!
