honestly tho, in season rankings are pretty pointless -- like, auburn for instance is gonna have to beat alabama and then the sec east winner to make the nat'l title, regardless if they're ranked #1 now or #5

LSU's #6 ranking last week was terribly inflated, though. I'm an SEC stan, but even I knew that team was winning games by accident.
