New York Giants vs. HATCATS - These two teams are hard to figure. I'll take the Giants.
Miami Dolphins vs. Oakland Raiders (London) - I don't think either of these two clubs are that good. I'll take Raiders.
Green Bay Packers vs. Chicago Bears - I'm going the Bears more out of loyalty and I really hope they blow them out even though by odds they probably will lose.
Buffalo Bills vs. Houston Texans - Eh...I guess Bills.
Tennessee Titans vs. Indianapolis Colts- Colts should win.
Carolina Panthers vs. Baltimore Ravens - Eh...I'd figure Panthers, but after last week I think it's more of a toss up.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Pittsburgh Steelers- Steelers and if they lose that's one heck of a let down.
Detroit Lions vs. New York Jets - Jets can get people to play ugly. I don't like taking the Lions on the road, but they 'seem' the better club.
Jacksonville Jaguars vs. San Diego Chargers - If the Chargers lose this one, it's a big let down.
Atlanta Falcons vs. Minnesota Vikings - I could see the Vikings keeping it close, but I have to think the Falcons are the better club.
Philadelphia Eagles vs. San Francisco 49ers- SF needs a win. I got to think Philly is going to eventually wear down a bit. I'm going Niners although they keep proving me wrong.
New Orleans Saints vs. Dallas Cowboys- I'd figure Saints.
New England Patriots vs. Kansas City Chiefs - I'd figure Pats, but KC can always be a tough place to play and NE doesn't appear that great on either side of the ball at this point.

Oh yeah... last week 10-6 and 27-21 for the season.

pack vs the bears has got to be intriguing game this week. GB offense has underperformed to say the least. if rodgers can hang a ton of points against a team with 1 player who can play pass coverage (but that 1 guy kyle fuller did look awesome monday) that will abate the doubts another week i guess, but if he can't then we know there are real problems with that team.

i am really hoping for washington to desecrate the corpse of the giants. i would hate for the giants to follow up on beating up houston with a second win and start to show worrying signs of being an actual football team. and i am all for kirk cousins looking great long enough to mess this franchise up some more before turning out to be useless.

what if philly is still the top scoring offense after this week? it is crazy that that somehow doesn't seem unlikely with 1.5 o linemen on the team and shady being broken and foles still playing like a backup. i don't even know how they have scored the points they do have. if the eagles score 30 again then worries about the niners defense are legit and chip kelly should be taken to salem, ma and burned at the stake.

i think new orleans outguns dallas although i really want it to go the other way so that we can forget about the saints this year and so that cowboys are 3-1 and start to believe they will make the playoffs, making the inevitable collapse all the sweeter

pats should beat an unconvincing kansas team but who knows? if they just aren't going to show up in the 2nd half anymore how many points do they need to be ahead at the half? i think kansas will struggle to score and the pats will continue to have the best pass defense in the league thanks to having not played a good offense all season. kansas outside pressure vs new england pass protection is going to be brutal. probably this will be a low scoring game unless kcc continue to be generous with turnovers.

Giants whuped the Hatcats. Two weeks ago the NYG's were dead, end of empire. I still think they are pretty middling. Got to wonder if Wash. D on weak legs tonight after that battle with Philly last week.

Peyton and Eli have now been around a long time. I'd say both careers are in the fourth quarter at this point. When those guys are done, those are a couple star players that will be hard to replace.

Jim Kelly should feel pretty proud about modern football; those guys, Cincy, Houston's run and shoot and of course SF west coast short passing game pretty much invented the modern game. There are still going to be clubs try to run the ball and play defense, but it's kind of an outlier style of offense at this point.

i picked up larry donnell today, it was a good day

i noticed someone started donnell in the ilx league because they had jordan cameron on a bye. nice work whoever that was.

that was my situation too though cameron's been bad enough that i'm going to need to keep both of them around for a couple weeks.

i just have a feeling that, if every team the giants play turns the ball over 6 times, they have a real good chance of winning out and being champs

perry fewell(?) is doing a great job with the basically no players they have on defense. meanwhile, eli and rashad are basically dragging a bad looking offense into the end zone. i mean, for pass catchers i am not surprised they are clutching at donnells right now, even victor cruz is absent. if the giants reach the playoffs it is because a 9-7 team is going to win that division, and they get to play each other.

I guess we should give some credit to the Lions and Cards who have beaten the Giants, at least so far those are a couple of teams looking pretty good. Next week between the Giants and Falcons should be an interesting match up.

The AP tweeted that Dennis Allen had been fired and Schefter rt'ed it. Then AP deleted the tweet and Schefter reported that as well. If Allen is indeed fired, this is a very Raiders way to do it and a very Schefter way of reporting it.
