OK this is how we do ittttttttttttttttt.

A) Create division threads
B) Post link to new thread on old threads dedicated solely to teams

I say we go against the idea of completely closing the old threads because they will either die off forever or there will be enough interest in having a silly individual thread for a specific team that it can justify having both, but that is up to whomever created the thread (ie read this as: I don't want the AFC East thread taken over by the couple Giants fans and just become Giants general chat, as a specific example, so leaving the team threads open gives other people a way to say STFU AND GO TO TEAM THREAD if at all necessary).
