i remember when volek stepped in for mcnair during a couple of games w/the titans a few years ago. he seemed like a force in limited duty! he had a couple of crazy games against the chiefs and raiders, IIRC. 400+ yards in one, a few TDs. he helped me take a fantasy crown that season.

^^drew bennett had like 205 yards receiving in all of these games

I am confident that Volek and company will beat the crap out of those smug chowder-eating slackers. Victory and fish tacos will be mine! </delusion>

i can't wait for this game! i hope i still have electricity on sunday, ComEd in chicago is kind of notorious for blowing transformers in the cold and not getting them repaired right away.

Rivers is doubtful just like every NE player is doubtful. If Rivers leg is still attached, he will be playing.
That being said, I like Billy Volek, he could be the nu-Frank Reich.

If Rivers is hobbling around on a barely-attached leg, I will be very disappointed if he starts.

If Volek defeats the Partyrots, I will be his friends forever.

Post #1 Sergio Carmona (Miami, FL) wroteon Jan 17 2008 at 9:44 PMI do, especially those guys on ESPN, and Tony Kornheiser, who may be kiss their asses, especially Tom Brady. Whein asked on PTI who he'd rather see win the super bowl, Brady or Favre, he said Brady bc he didn't want to see this record season end in disappointment. If that's not kissing ass I don't know what is.
*shakes head*
