their college football coverage is the best of all imo

i still feel the in-game telecast of mnf football is pretty amazing this year as long as brett favre isn't playing

Yeah, I'm on board for ESPN college football. And I love the MNF announcing crew.

I usually just choose NFL Countdown on Sunday mornings because I hate the Fox team, and the CBS team is plain boring.

berman BUGS, TJ is just ok tho rote, but together they are right.

I also really used to like NFL Primetime with Berman and Jackson (and Stuart Scott or some other Sportscenter dude they brought in to do highlights of like Bengals vs. Seahawks), and it was certainly way better than NBC's 19-man pregame show. I kind of liked Gary Thorne and Darren Pang doing the NHL back in the day, also.

Their NBA coverage is not good (unless Mike Breen counts), but I wonder how much of that is made worse by TNT being so good at it. Although NBA TV's studio show basically boils down to "Chris Webber and Gary Payton amuse themselves" and it is also much more enjoyable to watch than ESPN's stuff.

every once in a while someone says something smart about baseball on this channel but they put joe morgan on every fucking game and its like a not funny version of abe simpson

they do boxing pretty well cuz of brian kenny, & SC is good when he anchors; Gruden is GREAT, its ttly amazing, plus ive always liked tirico & jaws

I prefer NFL Countdown over any of the other douchey morning breakdown shows: Terry Bradshaw makes me want to shoot myself in the face. I really like the Keyshawn/Ditka/Cris Carter combination...TJ & Berman are like old sofas, I don't love them but they don't make me want to punch in the tv. I used to think Berman was hysterical when I first moved here, but that schtick wears off REAL quick.

I need to express extreme ire at Merrell Hoge and his retarded fantasy show or whatever it is. GOD I hate him. He feels like the NFL version of Tim McCarver, where he just talks nonsense til it eventually forms some semblance of a sentence that can be mistaken for analysis.

MNF is awesome now with Chuckie, Jaws & Tirico. They need to keep that team together for eternity.

I have been loving Adam Schefter on ESPN.
