Dal vs Phi is tough, but the star is too iconic

Has to Cowboys. Simplicity of design, iconic, silver etc.
(separate to the bags of meat that wear them... In case there's any question.)

whatever is happening there looks like something i don't want to be reminded of, though.

• Like I've said, are the Eagles trying to look like birds with human faces? What about those wings exactly puts forth the concepts of "Philadelphia" or "Eagles". Eagles have wings? So do HUMMINGBIRDS.
- And in that picture, the wings look some elaborate hairstyle from 1980. Get it out of here.

• Redskins racist. But if the Mutual of Omaha Life Insurance Company ever decides to field a team, they've got a logo they can steal.

• Here's the thing about the New York teams. They all have to have NY and really nothing else. The Mets. The Yankees. The Jets. (lol, leave the Knicks out of this.) You've got this great city of the world with its 900 professional teams, and they all have to have NY. And with the Giants, they're not even trying. At least the Yankees and the Mets try to overlay the two letters to create some sort of super sinograph, but the Giants? ny. nay.

• So it's the Cowboys. A freakin' silver star. Yahoo. It's simple, it's iconic, it doesn't distract. And though they get my vote in this poll, I'll treasure every moment I get to see the other three teams here throw that star down into the dirt, just like Will Kane in High Noon.

for schef, too young to handle the truth of the underlined Giants

The Miracle at the Meadowlands is the term used by sportscasters and Philadelphia Eagles fans for a fumble recovery by cornerback Herman Edwards that he returned for a touchdown at the end of a November 19, 1978 NFL game against the New York Giants in Giants Stadium. It was seen as miraculous because it occurred at a point in the game when the Giants were easily capable of running out the game's final seconds. The Giants had the ball, and the Eagles had no timeouts left. Everyone watching expected quarterback Joe Pisarcik to take one more snap and kneel with the ball, thus running out the clock and preserving a 17-12 Giant upset. Instead, he attempted to hand it off to fullback Larry Csonka and botched it, allowing Edwards to pick up the ball and run 26 yards for the winning score.

i won't buy any redskins gear because of racism, but i can't vote for the other teams. maybe i should have gotten an extra vote in the afc west poll in exchange for somebody voting against the cowboys? raider traders
