took my old MTB to the bike shop where they were taking donations and spotted a bianchi ...pinella, i think? lightweight frame from a few years ago apparently, made from some exotic-sounding boron steel mix. pearlescent celeste, with athena 11, really beautiful.

I think the craziest bit is the cog for the chain halfway down the frame. I'm assuming it's only purpose is to stop it dragging on the floor!

I just put a bid on that moser. Recon i can build it out very cheaply with downtube shifters and other stuff from Kaynicks and bicycle heaven.

i think what they mean is that the frame is out of alignment, as is the fork

um, it's a non standard use of "tuning" as i've not heard it used with bikes, but i'm thinking he means high performance upgrades/mods, not frame defects

like import tuning

like, give it lots of carbon doodads and di2, or fork ends out back and flat bars

otoh, his front wheel looks really close to the downtube, the fork looks slightly not quite right.
