I had:
Turn Signals (battery powered red flashing arrows under the saddle) A bulb horn A twist grip thin that slipped over the handlebars and you could twist it to maker motorbike revving noises
I most certainly did not have spokey dokeys because they were noisy rubbish and besides they came free in sugar puffs which we most certainly didn't have. Shreddies were about the most exciting cereal we were allowed.
