recommend a bike for me!

so here's my situation: i took a job in san francisco, but i can't take my bike on BART, so i want a cheap bike to keep at the office - mostly to use to get lunch, run errands after work, and go out to bars. let's say an average of 10 miles a week - that's it. cheap is good, simple is good, not a theft magnet is good. i'm thinking SE stout. thoughts?

dammit, that does hit all three of my criteria above. maybe let's add a 4th that it has to be a bicycle?

then again i've seen those dudes on segways too
