What's the best way I can get the kinda scummy but yuppie cafe run by a french guy next door wo make me a viable equivalent? I mean they have all the basic ingredients.

dude just go to the grocery store and buy:

1 baguette
1 can/jar pizza sauce
1 bag shredded mozzarella (low moisture is best)
maybe some pepperonis or sausage crumbles

butter the bread, put the rest of the ingreedients on, throw it in the oven for like 10 mins

eat openface or folded up

I'm at work. Grocery stores and ovens are in short supply. Actually there is a 'Macro' down the road, which is like a supermarket for yuppies: They pretty much have everything, but it's all prefaced with "green" or "organic" and thusly is all 2-3 times the price.

However, I think dinner has just been sorted.
