Hey Jagz, a good friend of mine lamented to me over the weekend that she spent a year over in the UK and couldn't convert one person onto "The Late Show"!!

tbh, Yahoo Searchengine still makes me think of Yahoo Serious, which has kept me from wanting to use it much.

LJ's into T. Martin gear? How has ILX not been FLOODED with Get This memes? (beyond the years-long trickle drip-fed by AA, KBP and myself)

When I was in Sydney I saw the guitar from 'Young Einstein' in the 'Stuck in the Eighties' exhibit at the Powerhouse Museum. Probably the low point of the trip there.

anything else there worth checking out?

He's only into TLS so far, we need to find an 'opening' into the world of Get This. Probably the ol' Timmy Zoherer gear will do the trick.

sic: If you're a visitor to Sydney and need to kill an hour or two out of the humidity while waiting for a reasonable time to start drinking then maybe, otherwise I don't think you're missing anything crucial.

It had a good feature on Modern Design in Australia last time I was there. AND several classic Fairlights!

I got Young Einstein last Christmas (I wanted it for nostalgia purposes). Some slow unfunny parts but some really awesome stuff as well

CaptainLorax, Tuesday, 16 March 2010 07:00 (fifteen years ago)

three weeks pass...

good movie an all but it was the worst thing that ever happened to me (at whatever young age I saw it, 7? 8?) when I watched the scene where the insane asylum guy makes a pie out of LIVE KITTENS.

Never saw the other movies. Who was the guy in Drop Dead Fred? Was that the same guy?
