I got one of these with my lunch today! It tastes like sweet celery, pretty good. I was a little bummed to see it contains HFCS, but I am drinking it anyway.

you should definitely try this and report back on the results
I would make three batches and let them infuse for different lengths of time so that you can get at least one that's mostly right on the first go-round
