So me & the boy are coming down to London on Monday 23rd Feb. It's my b/day so plenty of drinking is the order of the day! Not sure where to stage this event, suggestions & advice welcome. So please come along if you fancy a few pints!

I should be up for Monday boozing. Anything to numb the pain ect. Where are you kids going to be during the day and where do you need to be afterwards? That will influence choice of drinking venue innit.

it's a nice little boozer, suffers from being near lots of language schools thus there are often hordes of language students crowded round half a coke, but last time (was there a specific reason for the last one there? i know it was the first one cis turned up to) we had the place to pretty much ourselves by about 9ish...

The interview?Well, it was just a preliminary interview, and I had to take a bunch of tests and things, but I did well on the tests and they seemed to like me and said they were putting me through to the next round of interviews. It's a part-time job with a non-profit, which suits me just about perfect.

No! they literally just asked me to come in ASAP and fill in some forms and take the tests. I don't have to wear my suit till the next round. Some of the stuff is pretty technical, so I think they want to make sure that I *can* do the stuff that I said I could do before they bothered putting me through to the next round. Will know by next week when the next interview is.

I had a delicious pint & ploughman's lunch in The Ship on Wardour Street (aka the most handy pub possible, apart from the Intrepid Foxxx) once, but then all afternoon suffered the most astonishing bum-wind.

Oh dear lord. I must stop posting drunk, and text messaging drunk and even attempting to carry on conversations while drunk. (Apologies to anyone who had strange text messages from me last night.) It's probably a good thing no one came back to mine because I realised that the water was turned off this morning, and somehow managed to fill every available container with water and stick them in the fridge.
