WORLD FAP! (Could we ever manage it?)

Is it in the realms of the possible? Say August 2006? But where? and where would we all stay? And would we even want to?

Anna (Anna), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:03 (twenty years ago)

Iceland!

Leon the Fratboy (Ex Leon), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:16 (twenty years ago)

I'm in, if I just have the cash!

Tuomas (Tuomas), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:18 (twenty years ago)

Ealing is the only place I can think of. There's a hotel overlooking the Common, you could all stay there.

jel -- (jel), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:18 (twenty years ago)

It would have to be a neutral location. Like Luxembourg or Antarctica.

xpost

Thermo Thinwall (Thermo Thinwall), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:20 (twenty years ago)

Actually I've always thought we should try and arrange a number of simultaneous FAPs, all over the world, and set up speaker phones and video cams and so on. TIS BUT A PIPE DREAM, A MAD PIPE DREAM.

n/a (Nick A.), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:21 (twenty years ago)

B-b-but I want to hug you all! Video's not good enough!

Freelance Hiveminder (blueski), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:24 (twenty years ago)

Me and Ned were JUST talking about this on aim the other day! Would be cool for the 5th anniversary. London seems logical.

roxymuzak (roxymuzak), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:24 (twenty years ago)

London is very logical, since that's where it all began, man (if anywhere). That said, an Iceland FAP is such a nice idea. :-)

Ned Raggett (Ned), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:27 (twenty years ago)

It would have to be a neutral location
I agree. Perhaps a spot on the Great Wall of China should be designated.

MindInRewind (Barry Bruner), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:27 (twenty years ago)

If Ryanair keeps having those cheap flights, I think I'd be able to come to London. I might do that before 2006 anyway.

Tuomas (Tuomas), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:28 (twenty years ago)

Simulatenous global locations is the best idea, we could share Ned sending him from NZ to New York to London, he'd be like Phil Collins or something.

jel -- (jel), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:29 (twenty years ago)

No, the point is that it has to be all of us, in real life.

Anna (Anna), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:30 (twenty years ago)

Anyway, 2006 sounds a bit distant... Have you folks, like, booked the whole of 2005 already?

Tuomas (Tuomas), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:32 (twenty years ago)

We should do an Amazing Race FAP, where we travel in teams all around the world to various locations.

I'm just being silly now (Ex Leon), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:32 (twenty years ago)

I like the cruise idea. It would be awesome if we were all on a boat and then disappeared in the Bermuda Triangle.

miccio (miccio), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:33 (twenty years ago)

Boat would be cool, yeah. (Bermuda Triangle not so much.)

roxymuzak (roxymuzak), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:34 (twenty years ago)

tracer and i talked about this long ago. we wanted to organize a huge camping trip somewhere in the boondocks.

Yanc3y (ystrickler), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:35 (twenty years ago)

pssst. Don't tell anybody, but my rich great-grandfather buried 20 million dollars in Tahiti...under a big W...now everybody just calming back away from the computers...put on your coat and...IT'S A MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD WORLD FAP 2004!!!

miccio (miccio), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:35 (twenty years ago)

Oh I picked August 2006 fairly randomly. I was just thinking with organisation and people trying to get money together and all that.

Anna (Anna), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:37 (twenty years ago)

This actually came up in conversation at the Biggest FAP Ever back in February. The only way I can actually think of coordinating this is by getting as many people to London or NYC as possible in one weekend. A real neutral location would be amazing fun but kind of difficult.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:38 (twenty years ago)

Let's all meet up in the year 2000.

Leon the Fratboy (Ex Leon), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:39 (twenty years ago)

Surely if we start planning now...

roxymuzak (roxymuzak), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:39 (twenty years ago)

I think this is where I got it from.

Anna (Anna), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:40 (twenty years ago)

If we start planning now than August 2005 is possible.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:40 (twenty years ago)

It would be awesome if we were all on a boat and then disappeared in the Bermuda Triangle.

Awesome ...if you like BLOOD

organize a huge camping trip somewhere in the boondocks.

organize a huge ...CANNIBAL COOKOUT

TOMBOT, Monday, 22 November 2004 18:42 (twenty years ago)

Ok, let's pick a date and stick to it. Seriously!

roxymuzak (roxymuzak), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:42 (twenty years ago)

Well, I'll be in the UK and Europe in general in July 2005 -- funny thing is that H., over in Addis Adaba, happened to mention being over on the East Coast this summer as well, and Luna, Casuistry and I were all trying to plot to be there for an H FAP. Since I think there's no more 'remote' regular on ILX than H, with the exception of Mitch -- and he's been at an NYC FAP! -- why don't we plan around a NY/East Coast celebratory FAP around that?

I'm really not kidding!

Ned Raggett (Ned), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:42 (twenty years ago)

I expect Tom to arrive on top of a tank or not at all.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:43 (twenty years ago)

(One could aim for it being late July, perhaps, but more handy would actually be August itself on a weekend.)

Ned Raggett (Ned), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:43 (twenty years ago)

You don't need me in the flesh! I'm not the same. I shall send a clone.

jel -- (jel), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:44 (twenty years ago)

I expect Tom to arrive on top of a tank or not at all.

And chewing a cigar.

Anna (Anna), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:44 (twenty years ago)

Tuomas (Tuomas), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:45 (twenty years ago)

Up Pompei FAP!

jel -- (jel), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:45 (twenty years ago)

matt dc otm

In all seriousness, let's do this with all our might. Big Freaky Trigger party with ILX DJs, wooooooo!

roxymuzak (roxymuzak), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:46 (twenty years ago)

Tanks and volcanoes would rock.

Leon the Fratboy (Ex Leon), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:48 (twenty years ago)

Vulcanism on the East Coast, no...but! Volcanoes in Iceland, sure! I think we have a plan. ;-)

Ned Raggett (Ned), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:49 (twenty years ago)

Switzerland

gabbneb (gabbneb), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:49 (twenty years ago)

And lasers. I'm not coming unless we have lasers. And three big lorries with 'I' 'Love' and 'Everything' written down the side.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:49 (twenty years ago)

oh, there will surely be lasers.

roxymuzak (roxymuzak), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:50 (twenty years ago)

And the rockettes doing a routine to the music of "One More Time".

Leon the Fratboy (Ex Leon), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:50 (twenty years ago)

Erm, isn't beer hideously expensive in Iceland?

(also heightened chance of bumping into Damon Albarn)

ailsa (ailsa), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:50 (twenty years ago)

True, true. These are grave concerns.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:51 (twenty years ago)

We HAVE bumped into Damon Albarn at a FAP, remember? And the three other members of Blur.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:51 (twenty years ago)

EWWWW YOU'RE RIGHT FORGET I SAID ANYTHING.

Leon the Fratboy (Ex Leon), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:51 (twenty years ago)

What is the most un-Damon-like place on earth?

Ned Raggett (Ned), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:52 (twenty years ago)

Goole.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:53 (twenty years ago)

Erm, isn't beer hideously expensive in Iceland?

From what I hear it is.

The world FAP would be a perfect place to give a maiden performance of the ILE national anthem, sang by everyone.

Tuomas (Tuomas), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:53 (twenty years ago)

New Jersey?

Leon the Fratboy (Ex Leon), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:53 (twenty years ago)

Goole vs. New Jersey, hm...

Ned Raggett (Ned), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:55 (twenty years ago)

We HAVE bumped into Damon Albarn at a FAP, remember? And the three other members of Blur.

Oh yes (not that I was there, but I live these things vicariously through others)

ailsa (ailsa), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:55 (twenty years ago)

We can have a big double decker bus, with kittens painted on it, and the ILX pink and yellow icon in eleven foot letters on the sides, and everybody can get inside of it, and sing the ILX national anthem, and then it drives into the mouth of a volcano!

TOMBOT, Monday, 22 November 2004 18:56 (twenty years ago)

only if Abe Vigoda is there

gabbneb (gabbneb), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:57 (twenty years ago)

What about Paisley? Zero chance of bumping into Albarn, cheap beer, and birthplace of Momus (also means I only have to spend 70 pence to get there, however also means 1000 interweb mentalists crashing on my sofa)

ailsa (ailsa), Monday, 22 November 2004 18:58 (twenty years ago)

Tom, why not just combine the volcano, kitten and tank ideas?

Bryan (Bryan), Monday, 22 November 2004 21:15 (twenty years ago)

Hm. By 2006, I should actually be able to start making it to these FAP thingys. And by then, I should've posted here long enough to where it'd be a logical idea vs. being a "hey, look at that 'new girl'"! ;)

But... I wanna go someplace cool! Weather-wise, I mean.

Drama Queen Wannabe (Dee the Lurker), Monday, 22 November 2004 21:49 (twenty years ago)

And by then, I should've posted here long enough to where it'd be a logical idea vs. being a "hey, look at that 'new girl'"!

Dee, don't be silly! Nobody thinks of you as a "new girl", you'd definitely be welcome.

Leon the Fratboy (Ex Leon), Tuesday, 23 November 2004 01:16 (twenty years ago)

Mwahaha Dee is the ILX Vampire in the sense that she waits to be invited in, not in the sense of veering towards goth which is merely serendipitous.

we should have all the attendees put in their geographic coordinates and then pick a city (from a cannidate list) that would result in the shortest mean travel time.

Does John Coltrane Dream of a Merry-go-round? (ex machina), Tuesday, 23 November 2004 01:48 (twenty years ago)

Dee, don't be silly! Nobody thinks of you as a "new girl", you'd definitely be welcome.

No? Awesome! This forum is the most easily welcoming one around!

Mwahaha Dee is the ILX Vampire in the sense that she waits to be invited in, not in the sense of veering towards goth which is merely serendipitous.

Well, don't want to be an imposition, you know. Though -- if I'm to be the ILX Vampire, could my "theme music" be De/Vision's "I'm Not Enough? Please? ;)

(Many millions of appreciative hugs to Leon and suzy!)

I say NYC over London if only because it is less confusing for visitors. (And no Brit Pop)

Not a bad idea as far as I'm concerned; while I have been to London, I've yet to even see the NYC cityscape in person. (Except for the Britpop thing. Um, whatevs.)

Drama Queen Wannabe (Dee the Lurker), Tuesday, 23 November 2004 01:49 (twenty years ago)

(The London Underground is SO not confusing, though. Even *I* could navigate it, and I'm one of these "Oh, I don't know if I can go without driving myself from place to place" types.)

(Also, I forgot to close the quotation marks around the song title "I'm Not Enough". Okay, did it right now. Good.)

Drama Queen Wannabe (Dee the Lurker), Tuesday, 23 November 2004 01:51 (twenty years ago)

Look, I could get around the London underground just fine, but NYC is sooo less confusing. Streets in a grid with natural waterways and central park to orient yrself around....

Does John Coltrane Dream of a Merry-go-round? (ex machina), Tuesday, 23 November 2004 01:59 (twenty years ago)

I would actually go to a FAP that was at the center of the Earth, do you have any idea how many things I haven't cooked from there? All of them. That's how many. Think of the Iron Chef-like possibilities of the assembled ILX kitchen crew and a subterranean world of exotic flora and tasty critters.

Yes. Australia's far from everywhere else, and you can't drive from there.

If you can't find your way around London you're a tard (or Rob Bolton).

HEY! i can find my way around London OK. I'll admit that I prefer grid-based cities, but I don't get lost that often! Damn you, yankee!

Rob Bolton (Rob Bolton), Tuesday, 23 November 2004 10:12 (twenty years ago)

we should have all the attendees put in their geographic coordinates and then pick a city (from a cannidate list) that would result in the shortest mean travel time.

i kinda like this

Rob Bolton (Rob Bolton), Tuesday, 23 November 2004 10:13 (twenty years ago)

because it uses SCIENCE!

Rob Bolton (Rob Bolton), Tuesday, 23 November 2004 10:14 (twenty years ago)

um, as scientific as it is, won't it involve everyone having to get to the azores?

CarsmileSteve (CarsmileSteve), Tuesday, 23 November 2004 10:27 (twenty years ago)

no no... first everyone picks a city, and the top 10 cities with the most votes are the 'nominated' ones. then everyone posts their distance to each of the top 10 cities, and the city with the least total distance wins!

Ned Raggett (Ned), Tuesday, 23 November 2004 16:10 (twenty years ago)

If you're picking existing locations, NYC is probably the most central (and probably also the most accessible to the greatest number), while London would probably require the fewest number to travel more than a short distance, and would probably also supply the greatest number of free accommodations (and perhaps the lowest cost to the lowest number, though not perhaps the lowest cost to those traveling). There might be something to be said, however, for requiring all or most to leave their environment. What would different political systems prescribe?

donut christ (donut), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 00:52 (twenty years ago)

honestly if we were to all do this it requires something BESIDES ILX for people to show up en masse. Nobody but really sad mentalists goes to a city just to meet other mentalists. And everybody here is nutso otherwise we'd just talk to our coworkers about sports instead of reading and posting. The kinds of things that ILXors like are clubs, music, art and architecture. So butthole towns in the middle of nowhere aren't cool. We need a metropolis, ILX being a metropolitan cosmoblog in and of itself. The biggest trouble with a global FAP as opposed to Tom's Wedding or the J4 NYC shindig is the south of the equator contingent. Therefore, as the weakest link in the affordable-airfare chain, they should have first go. I don't imagine anybody would seriously pick a place other than NYC or London, so there you have it.

You want this, start saving now, and don't quit your job. Nuff said, lock thread, mongrels and sheepfuckers sort yrselves out.

TOMBOT, Wednesday, 24 November 2004 03:13 (twenty years ago)

adam... (nordicskilla), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 03:24 (twenty years ago)

I think that Oakland/SF, culturally, is too close to the ILX hivemindset to feel like a vacation. We want the absurd, not the practical application of leftism in america. Fuck, we could go to Brasilia for this if we wanted to see our utopia. Have you heard the Panacea album?

TOMBOT, Wednesday, 24 November 2004 03:25 (twenty years ago)

That wasn't a suggestion for the FAP, though.

youn, Wednesday, 24 November 2004 08:27 (twenty years ago)

Barf on the NYC. I mean, it's great and all (really!), but if you're going to try and herd kittens, you may as well do it right. Or, rather:

(1) Is the point of the WorldFAP to mold the ILXors of the world into a critical mass and see what kind of bat-shit happens?

(2) ...or is it to provide an excuse for a great many ILXors to go on a genteel vacation, to which the FAP is just an entertaining sideshow?

To have it in a ho-hum* destination like NYC or London is to assume that the whole thing will be a polite little cocktail party from which the Locals can return home at a reasonable hour without too much fuss or muss.

And there's nothing wrong with that.

However, if you really want to make it interesting it should be on the most neutral territory conceivable. No one should be on their home turf. Home turf is for babies and puppies! Neutral turf is like a cage match! There's nowhere to hide! Anything can happen!

I'm with Dan: Wisconsin Dells. Beer, cheese-hats, waterslides and all-american fun.

Or: VEGAS. Vegas is, of course, the Awfullest City in the Universe, but it's not without it's charm; all those ILXors that wanted New York can get it right there! Twice!

Or: Montreal. Gambling. Super-sex. Canadian beer.

Or: Rural Minnepop. I'll get a big bonfire going on the beach and y'all can swim in the St. Croix. Good times.

Or: somewhere in the wilderness, anywhere. Fuck this city bullshit. Let's go to Baja!

*NYC and London are only ho-hum because EVERYONE LIVES THERE ALREADY. Or has visited a lot. Fuck whoever it was that said you need some cosmopolitan bullshit (no offense!); the whole point of a WorldFAP is to get away from that crap and meet people.

Or not.

ps - it's 3.20am CST and the Franzia might be winning. (Franzia?!?!)

So butthole towns in the middle of nowhere aren't cool.

If ILX = 20 people, true.

If ILX = 100+ people, not necessarily: any WFAP would require a completely isolated 1-2 days to be worth it to those that have traveled great distances. Neutral turf is the key here: you don't want a whole pack of jaded hipsters (a) disinterested because this is just another night out (b) jockeying to be the Official Tourguide.

I reckon either Aspen/Whistler/Gstaad for ILX skiing hijinx, or Helsinki.

hello...late to this conversation, i hate that my computer at home is broken. sad me.

This actually came up in conversation at the Biggest FAP Ever back in February.

didn't we actually agree that we were going to do this at my parents' house near kalamazoo? we've got enough land to set up a load of tents (mini glasto feel, sans mud), a huge garage/barn thing in case the weather is bad, and, um yeah. yes, michigan!

colette (a2lette), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 11:59 (twenty years ago)

Weren't we also going to have monster truck races in the snow, or was that another event altogether?

Matt DC (Matt DC), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 12:04 (twenty years ago)

Blob's Park RULES, unfortunately my wife clued me in to secret Nazi codes in the menu -- we still go when we're in the area, but we try to be rude to the staff.

Colin Meeder (Mert), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 12:10 (twenty years ago)

i'm definitely up for getting myself truck-raced.. but that's another matter once again.

ken c (ken c), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 12:11 (twenty years ago)

i think camping and snow might not go so well together. monster trucks are always in season, though.

kayak races are more likely, actually. we can probably provide enough to do races with heats.

i also seem to remember something about driving a double-decker bus there. perhaps this plan wasn't as clever or well thought out as i remember...

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 12:31 (twenty years ago)

Fuck whoever it was that said you need some cosmopolitan bullshit (no offense!); the whole point of a WorldFAP is to get away from that crap and meet people.

Meet people and do... what? As much as a small minority (myself included) might want to go off into the wilderness, there are a lot of people here who would never participate. I don't think you could find consensus (if you can find consensus at all) on anything other than a major city, or a minor one with disproportionate cultural appeal. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Yes, NYC and London and perhaps another place or two would fall victim to the problems you identify. But if it were really desired to avoid those problems, there are other good options, including several already mentioned. Montreal - where I've never been - seems to me to fit the bill pretty well. Though neutral need not mean, I don't know, Canadian.

(Cortez, Colorado a close 2nd)

What's wrong with it?

gabbneb (gabbneb), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 13:25 (twenty years ago)

Berlin.

Penelope_111 (Penelope_111), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 13:30 (twenty years ago)

I'd like to go to berlin.

RJG (RJG), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 13:33 (twenty years ago)

as a corollary matter, you may need to pick neutral activities, or avoid the predominance of non-neutral ones. many Americans will have little to no native interest in 'football'. though maybe they should get over it and see something new. certainly some activities that may not be entirely neutral - drinking? - will be demanded by a large majority.

gabbneb (gabbneb), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 13:34 (twenty years ago)

I heard it was nice.

RJG (RJG), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 13:35 (twenty years ago)

it's sad (but probably true) that if we all meet up we have a need to DO SOMETHING.

Berlin sounds nice.

ken c (ken c), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 13:35 (twenty years ago)

when is your wedding, ken?

RJG (RJG), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 13:36 (twenty years ago)

We could buy Aja and Dante their first drinks and smuggle them out to them in the car park!

Matt (Matt), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 13:37 (twenty years ago)

also, what consitutes a neutral location, as a cultural matter, will likely be seen differently by Americans, Brits, Pacificans, etc., and probably differently within those groups as well, depending on how other-philic they are. would a location where English is not the first language privilege a small minority that speaks the language, or does it depend on how much English is spoken there?

gabbneb (gabbneb), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 13:46 (twenty years ago)

when is it most convenient?

xpost

ken c (ken c), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 13:48 (twenty years ago)

Matt you are a very, very bad mang.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 14:11 (twenty years ago)

It would have to happen over a long weekend that is simultaneously a bank holiday and an American federal government holiday. And because there wouldn't be a lot of time for many people, it would have to take place somewhere that would not require too much travel time from the majority or distinct minority of Americans or Brits who are traveling the furthest.

This would probably be (already is) an interesting personality exercise.

gabbneb (gabbneb), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 14:23 (twenty years ago)

As much as a small minority (myself included) might want to go off into the wilderness, there are a lot of people here who would never participate

which isn't to say that these people couldn't do this some other time. but 100 people in the woods is unwieldy, and contrary to an outdoor ethic in many places. though 100 people could go to Camp ILX, which would seem to be the effective outcome of, say, the UP FAP suggestion ('suggestion'?)

gabbneb (gabbneb), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 14:27 (twenty years ago)

Anything that involves woods and/or exercise is off my list.

And don't put me sitting with no boring bastards either.

Penelope_111 (Penelope_111), Wednesday, 24 November 2004 14:29 (twenty years ago)

camping, spit roasting, frisbee, folk dancing/singing, beer drinking, good neutral activities.

realistically speaking, it should be somewhere a fair number of people are already in or near and most others would like/be willing to go. this would seem to suggest London, NY, or SF, which gets points for weather.

gabbneb (gabbneb), Monday, 18 July 2005 10:22 (twenty years ago)

SF would be great, but it's a long series of flights for people East of the Atlantic. NY seems like a geographically logical choice - or some other East coast city.

Peter Stringbender (PJ Miller), Monday, 18 July 2005 11:29 (twenty years ago)

this can easily be done with a little organisation. i went to stockholm (from the uk) to meet up with a bunch of gamers last year (NEEEEERRRD!). other folks came from london, denmark, finland, other parts of sweden and Yerp. mainly scandinavian, so not really a world FAP, but not a bad turnout at all.

g-kit_yo, Monday, 18 July 2005 11:30 (twenty years ago)

Wouldn't SF be better for the Antipodies? Or is it six of one half a dozen of the other?

The Milkmaid (of human kindness) (The Milkmaid), Monday, 16 January 2006 20:07 (nineteen years ago)

Vegas really makes sense if you think about it. No one lives there, so everyone's at least to some extent out of their element. There's lots of stuff to do, and it's nightlife focused, but there's little real history/activity that would distract from the sociability, and the awfulness might encourage it. It's tourist-oriented, so wouldn't be too expensive. And little chance of bad weather. For those looking for outdoor activities, you're not far from awesomeness. And if there's too much Vegas, the art deco/roadside strip side would sate some cultural interest.

and of course, what happens in vegas &c.

the big drawback - would there be a single decent jukebox/dancefloor/show in town?

I think the best way to settle a place for this is to determine which ILXor has the largest/house apartment, and we could all stay at his/her place. Like a pyjama party!

Unfortunately it isn't me: at the moment I could accomodate only 1-2 people. But if you all want to stay in hotels in Helsinki, I could certainly host a world fap.

Anyway, regardless of where we'd stay, it would be so cool if we could actually arrange this thing. How about next winter? Or summer 2011?

this would mean lower income ilxors having to fork out money for travel?

only way to settle it fairly would be to find out where everyone lives and find the middle of that!

There was a NYC FAP like 6 years ago that was pretty much as close to a World FAP as ILX is gonna get... I think it was when everyone went out there for Chris and Vicky's wedding.

seven months pass...

I had a dream about WORLD FAP! It was in Denver, but I didn't even know about it. I just stumbled upon it. The only person I remember meeting is Josh K0rtbein, and he had a red bob. Ha!
