Blixa singing 'Sindt Die wulkane noch tatig' in a track from Zeichnungen Der Patienten O.T. possibly the title one always sounded like he was singing Stevo back at the time I was listening to the lp heavily. I think its that phrase anyway, definitely was one of the tracks on that lp at a really atmospheric point.

There's a bit in the Secret Machines version of Immer Wieder where a snatch of mangled German with a Texan accent sounds a lot like my full name. The first few times, I had to rewind it to try to work out what they were actually singing (I don't think they even know, I think they're doing it phonetically) but it's got to the point where it doesn't freak me out any more, it's just "oh yeah hi boys."

I once had my answering machine use the following part of The Beastie Boys' "B-Boy Bouillabaisse," the last song on Paul's Boutique:
Well if your world was all black and if your world was all white Then you wouldn't get much color out of life now right I'm nicknamed shamrock but my name is not Shamus Girlies on the tip cause my homie is famous My name is not O'Houigheighi nor is it Brian
I cut it off there saying "Uh, actually, it is Brian" and then used a sample of the Beastie Boys saying "No way!" from "Fight For Your Right To Party" and closed it out saying, over the guitar riff from that song, "Yes, way, so leave me a message."
Because my name is Brian and I had way too much time with my answering machine outgoing messages at one point in my life.

So before Mambo #5 the only one I knew was a German song my dad used to sing to me as a kid about a soldier his girlfriend when he sees Erica flowers (the German name for what we call Heather is Erica). As a kid I was always like oh that's a nice song with my name in it. Then there was that time I went to see Schindler's List in the theater and within the first five minutes of the movie I realized the singing Nazi's marching around were all shouting my name. ;_;
