One time several years ago my mom went with her fiance and his 8 year old daughter to a nudist camp. When they returned, they said, "You girls (ie: my sisters and I) should really come with us next time. It's great!!" *cringe*

A local coastal town has recently passed a law regarding not only making nudity on the beach illegal, but also being in violation of the law "Being seen in an observable turgid state under bathing attire." I would like to know how "turgid" is defined - and who is making these observations - and what is considered proof of said violation in court.
