subtlety not an ILX strong point?

yo, my jokes are funny. wicked funny. like that North Dakota thing. but it seems like whenever I make a joke on ILX, two minutes later somebody's trying to argue with it.
Is that just the nature of ILX: that everything's debatable, even joke points? Or that everything must be taken at face value?
I don't know. Why am I wasting my best jokes on you squares anyhow? there's gotta be a nursing home fulla oldies who could use a gut-rumble.
