I had heard about this scandal before (as I imagine it is anything but in the UK, this was still a much more obscure tale here in the US), but watching it on PrimeTime w/ Diane Sawyer last night...great stuff! Especially the wife's "anxiety" (surely some of the worst acting I have ever seen) towards the latter stages of the game when the Major decides to go for even more big $$.

I was riveted to the screen. I simply could not believe how obvious it was what was going on, and the way the major would suddenly go from "I have no idea what X is...............(cough cough)....So I'll have to go with X." Hilarious.
