Hey kids, as uncle tim don't do that thread starting thing, he would like me to point out that there will be a FAP this sunday afternoon in london as the delightful Felicity Redwell is in town and deserves to be shown a good time. As yet no venue has been agreed on, but somewhere central-ish can be assumed (possibility of the calthorpe).

My uncle's called Barry. He's a morris dancer. At his wedding, his morris dancing mates performed a special song for him with their morrissing sticks and tambourines. Something went bad in the state of Leeds and it's still not resolved - I put it all down to a creeping decay and schlerosis that the Bowyer/Woodgate incident brought into the open; I think O'Leary unleashed a monster in terms of the attitude of the team he created and the club royally fucked up the management of the relationship between old-football and nu-football.

Hi! I____ Ptee served as a useful object-lesson and I made it back into my country ok. It was so wonderful to see you all as always at the main FAP and the mini-echo FAP and to meet blueski, Carsmile, Mandee, Her Highness' lapdog, cabbage, W/B/S, Cis and the Irish Lass of a doll that was Starry's +1. Hm, I am sure I am forgetting to namecheck someone (I blame my date for the evening a/k/a the 5-hour double chocolate stout) but I have evidence that will help me refresh my memory.

I learned so many, many things on this trip but one is that becoming a Chelsea supporter at 3-0 while intoxicated is not necessarily the most popular move around those parts.
