This is a bad thing to say at Subway 'cause God knows what kind of nasty condition their various fixin's are in. I've found it's wiser to do a quick visual inspection and get only the less-brown/rotted veggies etc.
Subway is gross but their treacly "special sauces" are strangely compelling.

why does everyone like "busy" sandwiches so much? i'd rather just have a few fillings/toppings that are complementary and of decent quality. sandwiches with 15 different ingredients don't really taste like anything to me, except maybe a big jumble of tastes that either overpower each other or don't belong together.
